Fluorescent confocal image of U251 cell stained with ZNF81 Antibody (N-term).U251 cells were fixed with 4% PFA (20 min), permeabilized with Triton X-100 (0.1%, 10 min), then incubated with ZNF81 primary antibody (1:25). For secondary antibody, Alexa Fluor 488 conjugated donkey anti-rabbit antibody (green) was used (1:400).Cytoplasmic actin was counterstained with Alexa Fluor 555 (red) conjugated Phalloidin (7units/ml). Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (blue) (10 ug/ml, 10 min).ZNF81 immunoreactivity is localized to Vesicles significantly and Cytoplasm weakly.

Additional Names:
Zinc finger protein 81, HFZ20, ZNF81
Application Note:
For IF starting dilution is: 1:10~50

For WB starting dilution is: 1:1000
Background:
This gene encodes a protein that likely functions as a transcription factor. The protein contains an N-terminal KRAB domain and several C2H2-type zinc finger motifs. Mutations in this gene cause mental retardation X-linked type 45 (MRX45). [provided by RefSeq].
