Description:
Cureline provides clinically-defined tumor tissue from a consented patient. Preparation: snap-frozen tissue and FFPE block. Small pieces of tumor tissue (0.4 - 0.7 gram total) are prepared by a certified medical pathologist and snap-frozen in liquid nitrogen within 20 - 40 min after the excision. FFPE tissue is fixed for 24 hours in 10% neutral formalin.
