Additional Names:
CXCL14, chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 14, BMAC, BRAK, KS1, Kec, MGC10687, MIP-2g, NJAC, SCYB14, bolekine, CXC chemokine in breast and kidney, small inducible cytokine B14, small inducible cytokine subfamily B (Cys-X-Cys), member 14 (BRAK)
Application Note:
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.Western Blot:Not yet tested - our routinely used western blotting protocol does not allow detection of proteins as small as the ligand derived from its precursor or the precursor itself with calculated size of 13.1kDa according to NP_004878.2. Therefore we cannot recommend an optimal concentration and the antibody is an aspiring product. We would appreciate any feedback from people in the field - have any assay results been reported with other antibodies?
