Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000.Western Blot:Approx 120kDa and 50kDa bands seen in Jurkat cell lysate. Recommended for use at 0.2-1ug/ml. Please note that the weaker smaller band may represent a novel isoform of this protein and is in agreement with previous Western blot observations (J Biol Chem 1995 Mar 3;270(9):4575-87).
