Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.Western Blot:Approx 110kDa band observed in lysates of cell line K562 (calculated MW of 82.6kDa according to NP_056156.2). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Cabello et al, Mol Biol Cell. 2001 Nov;12(11):3527-37.; PMID: 11694586). Recommended concentration: 0.01-0.03ug/ml.
