Application Note:
PCGF3 antibody can be used for detection of PCGF3 by ELISA at 1:62500. PCGF3 antibody can be used for detection of PCGF3 by western blot at 2.5 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
PCGF3 contains a C3HC4 type RING finger, which is a motif known to be involved in protein-protein interactions. The specific function of this protein has not yet been determined.
