Application Note:
CSNK1G3 antibody can be used for detection of CSNK1G3 by ELISA at 1:62500. CSNK1G3 antibody can be used for detection of CSNK1G3 by western blot at 1 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
Casein kinases are operationally defined by their preferential utilization of acidic proteins such as caseins as substrates. CSNK1G3 can phosphorylate a large number of proteins. It participates in Wnt signaling.
