Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.Western Blot:Approx 75kDa band observed in Mouse Brain lysates and in preliminary testing of Mouse Testes lysate (calculated MW of 70.8kDa according to NP_001129547.1). Recommended concentration: 1-2?g/ml. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.Immunofluorescence: Strong expression of the protein seen in the cell junctions of A431 and in the cytoplasm of NIH3T3 cells.
