P2RX2 antibody can be used for detection of P2RX2 by ELISA at 1:1562500. P2RX2 antibody can be used for detection of P2RX2 by western blot at 0.5 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.

The product of P2RX2 belongs to the family of purinoceptors for ATP. This receptor functions as a ligand-gated ion channel. Binding to ATP mediates synaptic transmission between neurons and from neurons to smooth muscle.
