Application Note:
TSR1 antibody can be used for detection of TSR1 by ELISA at 1:312500. TSR1 antibody can be used for detection of TSR1 by western blot at 1 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.

TSR1 belongs to the BMS1/TSR1 family and TSR1 subfamily. TSR1 is required during maturation of the 40S ribosomal subunit in the nucleolus.
