JMJD2C antibody can be used for detection of JMJD2C by ELISA at 1:62500. JMJD2C antibody can be used for detection of JMJD2C by western blot at 1 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
JMJD2C is a member of the Jumonji domain 2 (JMJD2) family. It contains one JmjC domain, one JmjN domain, two PHD-type zinc fingers, and two Tudor domains. This nuclear protein functions as a trimethylation-specific demethylase, converting specific trimethylated histone residues to the dimethylated form.
