Additional Names:
UBR2, ubiquitin protein ligase E3 component n-recognin 2, C6orf133, DKFZp686C08114, KIAA0349, MGC71112, RP3-392M17.3, bA49A4.1, dJ242G1.1, dJ392M17.3, OTTHUMP00000016403, OTTHUMP00000016405, OTTHUMP00000039767, OTTHUMP00000039768, ubiquitin ligase E3 alpha-II
Application Note:
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.Western Blot:Preliminary experiments gave bands at approx 150kDa in Rat Testis lysates after 0.01ug/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the bands we observe given the calculated size of 199kDa according to Rat NP_001171542.1. The detected band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide (and BLAST results with the immunizing peptide sequence did not identify any other proteins to explain the additional bands).Immunohistochemistry:Paraffin embedded Brain (Cortex). Recommended concentration: 5ug/ml.
