Specificity:
This antibody reacts with the human protein. Other species have not yet been tested. The immunogen used for this antibody production has 100% homology with mouse, rat and human proteins. This is specific to VEGR-2. This antibody is useful for Western blot analysis, where a doublet is seen at ~150 KDa. Optimal working dilutions should be determined by the investigator.
