Based on known homologies is expected to react with the PKC ortholog in most mammalian species. These rabbit polyclonal antibodies are made against specific peptide regions of the PKC epsilon protein. By using specific peptides for the PKC delta that has effectively minimized cross reactivity between the various isoforms. These antibodies are useful in the screening of PKC epsilon proteins in various biological tissues and tumorigenesis studies.
