Form:
Liquid
Gene Alias:
CD71|TFR|TFR1|TRFR
Gene Description:
transferrin receptor (p90, CD71)

Gene Name:
TFRC
Immunogen:
Native purified TFRC from NALM-6 human pre-B cell line.
Note:
This product contains sodium azide: a POISONOUS AND HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCE which should be handled by trained staff only.
Product Description:
Mouse monoclonal antibody raised against native TFRC.
Recommend Dilutions:
Flow Cytometry (20 ul in human blood cells 100 ul in whole blood or 106 cells in a suspension)
The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.
Specificity:
This antibody reacts with CD71 antigen (transferrin receptor), a 95 KDa type II homodimeric transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on activated B and T lymphocytes, macrophages and erythroid precursors; it is lost on resting blood leukocytes. This antibody does not block binding of transferrin to the receptor.
