Antigen Target Species:
Human
Form:
Liquid
Gene Alias:
FLJ17670|FLJ17679|SRK|STD|TZK|ZAP-70
Gene Description:
zeta-chain (TCR) associated protein kinase 70kDa
Gene ID:
7535
Gene Name:
ZAP70
Immunogen:
Recombinant His fusion protein corresponding to 160 amino acids of human ZAP70.
Note:
This product contains sodium azide: a POISONOUS AND HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCE which should be handled by trained staff only.
Product Description:
Mouse monoclonal antibody raised against partial recombinant ZAP70.
Recommend Dilutions:
Flow Cytometry (2-5 ug/mL)
Western Blot (0.5 ug/mL)
The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.
Specificity:
This antibody reacts with ZAP70, a 70 KDa protein tyrosine kinase expressed in T and NK cells. ZAP70 is a molecule susceptible to degradation. It is recommended to use freshly prepared cell lysates (protease inhibitors are essential) to avoid non-specific staining of degradation products.
Storage Buffer:
In PBS, pH 7.4 (0.09% sodium azide)
