Bioactivity:
3'-Deoxy-3'-fluoroadenosine is a purine nucleoside analogue with a wide range of anti-tumor and anti-viral activity, and has inhibitory effects on tick-borne encephalitis virus (TBEV), Zika virus and West Nile virus (WNV). The EC50 values were 1.1uM, 0.1 uM and 4.7 1.5 uM, respectively. 3'-Deoxy-3'-fluoroadenosine can be used to study tumor diseases.
