RAGE/SERT-IN-1 exhibits significant neuroprotective effect against Aβ 25-35 -induced neuronal damage and alleviates depressive behavior of mice. RAGE/SERT-IN-1 can be used for researching the comorbidity of Alzheimer's disease and depression .
