Bioactivity:
BuChE-IN-2 is an excellent inhibitor of butylcholinesterase (BuChE), acting on BuChE (IC50: 1.28 uM) and NO (IC50: 0.67 uM). BuChE-IN-2 inhibits Aβ aggregation, ROS formation and Cu2+ chelation, exhibits proper blood-brain barrier (BBB) penetration and can be used in Alzheimer's disease research.
