Bioactivity:
α-Glycosidase-IN-1 (compound MZ7) is a potent inhibitor of α-GLY (α-glycosidase) (IC50: 44.72 nM, Ki: 44.74 nM). α-Glycosidase-IN-1 also inhibits human carbonic anhydrase isozymes I and II (hCA I and hCA II) and acetylcholine esterase (AChE), with IC50 values of 104.87, 100.04 and 654.87 nM, respectively. The IC50 values for α-Glycosidase-IN-1 are 104.87, 100.04 and 654.87 nM, respectively. α-Glycosidase-IN-1 can be used in the study of diabetes, Alzheimer's disease, ulcers, heart failure, epilepsy and many other diseases.
