Bioactivity:
Influenza virus-IN-3 (compound 9) is a potent inhibitor of selective influenza viruses, acting on H5N1 (IC50: 0.88 uM), H5N2 (IC50: 0.10 uM), H5N6 (IC50: 5.5 uM), H5N8 (IC50: 0.51 uM). Influenza virus-IN-3 has antiviral and NA (neuraminidase) inhibitory effects and low cytotoxicity (CC50>200 uM).
