1 a /5-hydroxynitrile rubber 7 receptor antagonist (5-HT1 a k i = 8 nm, kb= 0.04 nm; 5-nitrile rubber 7K I = 451 nm, kb= 460 nm) has pde4b/pde7a inhibitory activity (PDE4B ic50= 80.4 u M; Pde7a chip 50= 151.3 u M). Compound 22 has a very good ability of passive penetration of biofilm and high metabolic stability in vitro. In addition, 22's pharmacological evaluation showed its pre cognitive and antidepressant properties in rat behavioral tests.
