Applications:
FCM - 1-10 ug/mL
Background:
CUB domain-containing protein 1, also known as CDCP1 or CD318, is a transmembrane protein, which contains three extracellular CUB domains and acts as a substrate for Src family kinases. CDCP1 is involved in cell adhesion and cell matrix association. It is highly expressed in the skeletal muscle and colon. Upregulation of CDCP1 is observed in a number of human tumor cell lines as well as in colorectal cancer, breast carcinoma, and lung cancer.
Formulation:
1 mg/mL in PBS/50% glycerol, pH 7.2
Gene IDs:
Human: 64866
Immunogen Translated:
Human CD318 (CDCP1) expressed Ba/F3 transfectants generated from SST-REX (signal sequence trap by retrovirus-mediated expression screening).
Reactivity:
This antibody reacts with human CD318 (CDCP1) on Flow cytometry.
Source:
This antibody was purified from hybridoma culture supernatant by Protein A affinity column chromatography.
Target:
CD318 (CDCP1) (Human)
