Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody raised against Human VHH antibodies and camelid (llama, alpaca, and camel) heavy chain antibodies (IgG2 & 3).
Recommended Dilution:
Flow Cytometry (1:100-1:1,000)
The following concentration ranges are recommended starting points for thisproduct.
Specificity:
Human Anti-Camelid VHH Antibody is specific for Human VHH antibodies and camelid (llama, alpaca, and camel) heavy chain antibodies (IgG2 & 3), but does not recognize the camelid conventional antibody (IgG1). The monoclonal antibody has no cross-reactivity with mouse, rat, rabbit, or goat immunoglobulins.
Storage Buffer:
In PBS, pH 7.2 (10 mg/ml BSA, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol).
