Bioactivity:
PBOX-15 is a novel microtubule-targeting agent that induces apoptosis, upregulates death receptors, and enhances TRAIL-mediated apoptosis in multiple myeloma cells. It also inhibits T cell migration through post-translational modification of tubulin. Pbox-15 induced apoptosis, up-regulated death receptors, and enhanced TRAIL-mediated apoptosis in multiple myeloma cells.
