FluoTag-Q anti-TagFP single-domain antibody (sdAb, also known as NanoAbTM) raised against fluorescent proteins.
Recommend Dilutions:
Immunocytochemistry (1:1000)
Immunofluorescence (1:1000)
The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.
Specificity:
Recognizes mTagBFP, mTagRFP, mKate and most proteins deriving from Entacmaea quadricolor; does not cross-react with GFP- or dsRed derivatives.
Storage Buffer:
In buffered saline (50% glycerol, 0.09% sodium azide).
